Shipping and Returns

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that during new drops, holidays, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.
2. Shipping Within Australia
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or other factors outside our control.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to:
New Zealand, European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Malaysia, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, and Japan.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International.
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on your region and customs processing.
Please note:

International delivery times may vary significantly between countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by their destination country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international postal carriers.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your parcel through the Australia Post tracking portal or your local postal service’s website once it arrives in your country.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit once handed over to the postal carrier.
However, if your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us at support@veryveryvile.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating your parcel.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase from Very Very Vile.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@veryveryvile.com with:

Your order number,

A brief description of the issue, and

Clear photos of the item.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition,

Returned with original packaging and tags attached.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved for a faulty or incorrect item:

You will need to cover the initial cost of return postage;

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will reimburse your return shipping cost and issue either a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
If you wish to return an item due to incorrect size selection, we’re happy to offer an exchange for store credit, provided that:

The item is returned within 14 days of delivery,

It is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, and

All tags and packaging remain intact.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
